Welcome to all the information and steps you will need to complete your child's registration to secure a place on the ADO Mini Explorers Preschool Nursery waiting list.

STEP TWO - REGISTRATION
♦ YOU HAVE ALREADY VISITED FOR A VIEWING AND WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD TO START THE PROCESS
♦ SIMPLY CLICK THE BIG ORANGE BUTTON BELOW, COMPLETE YOUR DETAILS AND PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE NEXT INSTRUCTIONS IN THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION, WHICH WILL INCLUDE YOUR HANDBOOK. YOU CAN ALSO RETURN TO THIS PAGE TO CONTINUE YOUR STARTER STEPS.

STEP THREE - DEPOSIT
♦ YOUR REGISTRATION FORM WILL BE PROCESSED.
♦ YOU WILL HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING YOUR REGISTRATION REQUEST AND THE PRESCHOOL HANDBOOK.
Please Pay Your Deposit
♦ To secure your child's place on the Preschool waiting list, a deposit of £50 must be paid before we can secure their place. The deposit is refundable within 28 days upon completion of your child's notice period. It is not our normal practice to refund this deposit should you wish to remove your child's name from our Preschool waiting list. Please contact the office directly first if you would like to discuss placement options before paying the deposit.
We only accept bank transfers for the deposit payment. Our bank details are as follows and can be found on Page 7 of your Handbook, attached to your auto registration email.

STEP FOUR - TERMS & UNIFORM
You Have Paid Your Deposit
♦ Don't forget to let us know you have paid and the date paid. Not doing so may result in delays in your payment being allocated and the space reservation.
♦ You are now required to accept and agree to our Terms and Conditions. These terms include acceptance of our Uniform Options and Policy.
♦ When joining the ADO Outdoor Preschool, your child will be required to wear 3 compulsory items of uniform, including an outdoor suit to ensure they are kept warm, dry and comfortable during their outdoor activities and education. We use a specialist garment to protect your child from the cold and wet and is flexible enough to make sure they enjoy un-restricted movement. Your child is also required to wear a uniform polo shirt and a sweatshirt. To find out more, you can view the Uniform Options by clicking the link below:
♦ PLEASE REVIEW THE UNIFORM OPTIONS & POLICY HERE>
♦ Payment and arranging the additional elements for your uniform for your child is required prior to their start date.Payment for suit purchase needs to be made to the same account as the deposit before your child starts. You will need to arrange with the office to collect your suit following payment.
♦ Once you have purchased your Mini Explorer's uniform, please ensure all items are labelled (including all clothing, footwear, hats, gloves, bottles, bags etc). We have got together with mynametags.com to offer you the perfect solution. You can also help us to fundraise by purchasing name tag labels through mynametags.com by quoting 83560. We then receive £2 for each set purchased! Mynametags.com provide a quick and easy way to label your child's possessions. Thanks mynametags.com!
Collecting Your Outdoor Suit
♦ You can collect your suit from the following address: Animal Days Out Offices, 39 Upper Wickham Lane, Welling, Kent DA16 3AD. Parking in Morrisons on Springfield Road is free for two hours. We are opposite Tilemates and next to a hairdressers right on the corner of Springfield Road. You Must contact the office to arrange collection beforehand.

These steps take account of everything leading up to and accepting our terms and conditions.
You Will Have Now Paid Your Deposit, You Know The Uniform Requirements & Have Accepted The Terms and Conditions.
♦ PLEASE COMPLETE AN IMPORTANT FORM WITH YOUR CHILD'S INFORMATION HERE>
♦ This information will be used to assist your child to have a smooth start to their preschool sessions.
♦ The information provides various finer details for your child's key worker and our team in order for us to prepare and understand your child's requirements.
The form requires completion before your child's starting date.
Fees & Paying
If you are starting mid-way through a half-term, please contact the office to request the payment amount which is needed the week before your child’s start date at the latest.
If you have finalised your starting process before the relevant term-half term has commenced, you will be sent a standard fee invoice from our systems along with all other parents. Please add our email addresses to the safe senders list to ensure our system invoices are not sent to your junk folders. The fees deadline is the Wednesday of the week before each new preschool term-half term commences to enable the office team a few days to verify and allocate your payment. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with confirmation of your preschool fees payment. Please note you will not be sent a confirmation of payment receipt for each invoice however we will chase late payment of fees accordingly. Prompt payments support our small office team with efficient preschool administration so please do make payments on time.
STEP SIX (Applicable To Parents Utilising Government Funded Hours)
♦ Funding Form - Parents or Carers are required to complete and sign a local authority funding form for the hours they wish to use with us. Please print and complete the funding form and take it with you on your first settling session to preschool.
♦ PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE PARENT DECLARATION FORM, AVAILABLE IN OUR ONLINE LIBRARY HERE>. This is a Word Document that will be ready to download from your browser.
♦ If you are applicable for 2 year funding and have a 2 year code, please contact the office with the information and we can email you a 2 year funding form for completion.
♦ You will need to provide proof of identity and date of birth when you return this form to the preschool (the first time only). This can be in the form of Birth certificate of the child or a child passport. We also require proof of address which can be a utility bill dated within 3 months for proof of address. Please hand the form and show the forms of ID to your keyworker for sign off.
Once all your steps have been completed and the online forms have been received in our offices, our ADO Mini Explorers Preschool Administration team will take over and send you a personal starter email with your child's starting keyworker.
